1. Acceptance
By using Beauty Life Love International and completing a booking, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or payment flow.
2. Services
We provide professional beauty services (airbrush makeup, hair and related packages), including official beauty-provider roles for partner events such as FMG México. Package copy and prices may change; the total confirmed when you pay the deposit applies to that booking.
3. Bookings & deposits
- For FMG / book-a-service flows a 50% deposit of the total is required to hold date and service.
- The remaining balance is due on service day or as agreed in writing.
- Deposits are processed securely via Stripe Checkout. We do not store card data on our servers.
- A booking stays pending until payment is confirmed (Stripe webhook or session verification).
4. Cancellations & changes
- More than 14 days’ notice: deposit refund minus processing fees, unless a specific event policy applies.
- 7–14 days: deposit may be retained as credit toward another date (subject to availability).
- Under 7 days or no-show: deposit is non-refundable.
- Time/date changes depend on team availability and the show schedule.
5. Client duties
You must provide accurate details, arrive on time, disclose relevant skin/hair/allergy conditions, and follow venue or organizer rules (e.g. FMG International).
6. Intellectual property
Marks, copy, photography and design belong to Beauty Life Love International or its licensors. Commercial use requires written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by force majeure, third-party failures (payments, venue, event organizer) or inaccurate client information. Our total liability for a booking will not exceed amounts paid for that service.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to FMG International or other domains. We do not control their policies; review them before sharing data there.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
